Official.—ln consequence of the Austrian and Young Turks’ intrigues, anarchy in Albania is daily becoming more serious. Bandits are robbing and killing wholesale. Many Montenegrin merchants have been victimised. Transports were seized at Boyana. river, the Consular authorities being unable to control affairs.
