PRUSSIA REGIMENTS ANNIHI-
LATED.
United Press’ Association. (Received 12.15 p.ra.) Copenhagen, February 8. One hundred and forty-two Prussian lists show 953,117 casualties, many being dated September. Three new regiments replacing the annihilated regiments were themselves wiped out by the beginning of December. SHORTAGE OF CRAIN AND FLOUR MUNICIPALITIES EMPOWERED TO COMMANDEER. (Received 8.50 a.m.) Amsterdam, February 8. German municipalities have been empowered to commandeer all private grain and flour exceeding twenty-five kilogrammes.

Fresh disorders have occurred at Prague, the capital of Bohemia, where the inhabitants are irritated at the arrest of Czech students and journalists. It is reported that there have been live dynamite attempts against politicians in Bohemia since February Ist.
