The object and purport of the * aid By-laws is to re.define ordinary and extraordinary supply, to adopt a mny scale of rate and charges lor water under the extraordinary .-upply and for meter-rents and otherwise, and to make such further provisions as is considered necessary in respect of the regulation of the Borough Waterworks and of the ordinary and extraordinary water supply.
