THE ATTEMPT ON ST. CROIX RIVER BRIDGE. In it no Pjiess Association. (Received 8.30 a.m.) Vancouver, February 5 Van Horne, the German who was arrested for attempting to dyn unite the St. Croix river bridge, informed the police that all arrangements had been made by Germany, who paid lor the job. The object was to stop British supplies passing over the bridge.
