EVERY LAW VIOLATED BY * GERMANY. Times and Sydney Sun Service. London, February 5. The Times, in a leader, says: “In order to attain her ends, Germany has not hesitated to violate every lav of God and man. She is guilty of calculated and organised barbarism, of which the history of many centuries fails to afford a complete parallel. Her war methods have brought misery to millions, but have not brought decisive success. The prospect of irretrievable failure stares her in the face. Consciousness of ultimate impotence has led her to foment the people’s hatred of England, whom she blames for the collapse of her plains. Germany exaggerates our power when she declares we.are the real cause of the failure of her' plans.”
