VTOTICE is hereby given' of the -Ol institution of a Special' Order:— The Stratford County Council horeby authorises the raising of a loan of £9lO, under 'the provisions of, "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," by 'consent of ratepayers, for defraying the cost of deviatingj forming, grading, culverting, and metalling the Waihapa Road from the Wingrove Road northward a? far as the money will allow, vsuch loan to be for a period of 36S- years. Part sub-division 2. Pukengahu (400 acres); part sub. 4 (150 acres), part sub. 5 (124 J acres), subs. 1 and 2 of ■ 6, pare subs. 4 and 5 of 7 (100 acres), pari sub. 7 (843 acres), of sub-divioion 3, Pukengahu Block, to be the Special Rating District. The cost of raising it to bo paid out of the loan. The resolution instituting the above special order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 17th day of February, 1915, and shall take effect from and on that date.
