Mary Jane Caple, for housebreaking at Bulls, to a year's reformative treatment. William Samuel Beahre, for forgery and uttering, was admitted to probation for eighteen, months and ordered to refund the money, pay the costs, and reside with his mother. Frederick Maurice Marlow, for theft of money at Stratford' while bailiff of the* Magistrate's Court, to four months' imprisonment; Charles Geddes (65), for false presences at Blenheim, tb three years' imprisonment and declared an habitual criminal. Alfred John Burrows, found on a dwelling without lawful excuse and two charges of theft, to two years' imprisonment. James Percy Williamson, with previous'convictions for obtaining credit by fraud, to six months' imprisonment and declared an habitual criminal. Oscar Stahgbye, for breaking, entering, and theft, to year and thrco years' reformative treatment. Charles Hector Dudley, forgery and uttering, to six months' imprisonment and three years' reformative treat'ment.
