AMUSEMENTS.

HIB MAJESTY'S THEATRE. "SIXTY YEARS' A QUEEN." On Thursday and Friday nights the special star picture at His Majesty’s JTheatre, “Sixty Years a Queen," illustrates in 7000 ft. of film the life and reign of “.Victoria the Good." The management announces that no more important screening has ever taken place under its auspices, although many famous pictures have been shown. “Sixty Years a Queen" possesses a wide value as an educator and instructor, and college and schoolmasters in the United Kingdom and in Australia have recognised this, and have on behalf of their pupils taken advantage of the opportunities offered. It is extremely interesting to old and young, as nearly all the oustanding deeds that won the Empire are woven into the story. “Sixty Years a Queen” is lectured by Barrie Marschel.
