STRATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL. is hereby given of the - * institution of a Special Order:— The Stratford County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of €9lO, under the provisions of "Tlie Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," by consent of ratepayers, for defraying the cost of deviating, forming, grad- ! ing, culyerting, and metalling the Wsiihapa Road from the Win grove Road northward as far as the money will allow, such loan to be for a period of !36£ years. Part sub-division 2, Pukengahu (400 acres); part sub. 4 (150 acres), part sub. 5 (124$ acres), subs. 1 and 2 of 6,. part subs. 4 and 5 of 7 (100 acres), part sub. 7 (84J acres), of sub-division 3, Pukengahu Block, to be the Special Rating District. The cost of raising it to be paid out of the loan. The resolution instituting the above special order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on 1 the 17th day of February, 1915, and shall take effect from and on that date.
