WELLINCTON RACING HtUB. Pee Peess Association. Wellington, January 24. The Summer meeting of the Wellington Racing Club concluded on Saturday at Trenthoni in beautiful weather. The four-year-old filly Pavlova achieved the crowning honor of winning the Summer Handicap, and thus placing to her credit the principal race on each of the three days of the meeting . Emperador, who annexed the City Handicap, established a record for the course, covering the six furlongs in lmin 12 4-ss?c. The investments on the totalisator amounted to £4:3,156', as compared with £37,88') on the corresponding day last year while the total for the meeting was £121,029, as. against £106,330 at the 1914 gathering. The present totai constitutes a record for the club. Ad ditional results: —

FOXTON RACES.
Foxton, January 24
The second day's races of the Foxton Club were held in line weather. Manson* the rider of Martlet in the Newmarket Handicap, was the sub ject of an inquiry after the race, anu was fined £lO for not riding his mount out. The sum of £11,988 was passed through the machine, as against £12,513 on the same day last year. The totalisator handled £26,662 for the meeting, a.s against £27,063 in 1914. Additional results:—
