GERMANS' ON THE MOVE. [United Paeks .Association.] Petrograd, January 24. Recent German losses in the Bzura district are estimated at an army corps. Large detachments of Germans are traversing Lodz, to the south-west-ward. Some newspapers suggest that they are retreating. ON THE ROUMANIAN FRONTIER. Bucharest, January 23. Russians are within four miles of Dornawatra. Tliey are also demonstrating at Mount Pestekawash, with a view of effecting an enveloping movei. eut in Bostritz Valley, which will drive tbe Austrian force ir.k> Roumania.
