A telegram from Berlin states that a super-submarine has concluded its trials at Heligoland, and is proved well suited for chasing merchantmen on the high seas. The vessel carries supplies for three months. THE LOST SUBMARINE SAPHIR. Constantinople, January 23. Ten were saved, from the submarine Saphir, mined in the Dardanelles. THE SEIZURE OF THE DACIA.
