The Stratford County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £9O under the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” by consent of ratepayers, for defraying tlie , .cost of forming, grading, citlverting and metalling Kelly - Street, Midhirst, such loan to be for a period oil 36$ years; sections 2, 13, 14 of Block I; 1,2, 9 10 of Block IT.; 5,6, half h’ half 9 of Block III.; 12, 13, 25, 26 of Block IV. ; 8,9, of Block V.; and 5,6, 7,8, of Block VI.; Midhirst West, to be the Special Rating District. The cost of raising it to be paid out of the loan. The resolution instituting the above Special,, Order will he confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 17th day of February, 1915, and shall takb effect from and on that date.
