THE HUNGARIAN YOKE. PROPOSED LIBERATION OF THE OPPRESSED. TIUHB AND SvDNNf SuM ShEVIOSO. (Received 8 a.m.) London, January 20. Members of the Roumanian Sanitary Commission which is visiting the battlefields have declared that Roumania has decided to liberate all compatriots oppressed by tho Hungarian voice.
