CLAIM FOR HIRE. Per Press Association. Wanganui, January 19. "This is the most unsatisfactory case that has ever come before me," said Mi- W. Kerr, S.M., to-day, in respect to a case where Albert G. Mackay sued three natives for £'V2 for hire of taxi-cabs. The claim stated that the defendants had ordered taxicabs on seven different occasions to nrikr visits to Palmerston North.
