THE DOMINION TOURNAMENT. Per Press 'Association. Auckland, January 15. Owiug to the largo number oi games the pairs championship, played in eight sections of four sub-sections each, did not reach the final stage in the various sections, and the matches were continued this morning. Julian (Pihama) had no wins, three losses ; Lambie (Pihama), 3—o, a sub-section winner, plays off with Ballantyne; Smith (Fifczroy), 3—o, a sub-section winner, lost in the section semi-final to Prince (Newtown), 15—12. These were the only Taranaki skips engaged.
