DISEASE IN VIENNA. [United Pbkss Association.] Vienna, January 13. Reports state that serious outbreaks of smallpox, cholera, and typhoid-have occurred in the capital. Great numbers of refugees in B-ukovina, whereof thousands are on the verge of starvation, are flocking to Vienna. SCARCITY OF COAL AND CORNFLOUR. Timbs anp Bydnhy Sun Sibviom. (Received 8 a.m.) Vienna, January 13. An official market report shows that coal is extremely scarce, and that trade in cornflour has practically (eased, many bakeries being closed.
