GARRISONS BEING REINFORCED United Press Association. London, January 13. Rome reports that a corps of Bersaglieri and numerous officers crossed to Paraeus, en route to reinforce Italian garrisons. (Piraeus is the harbor of Athens, the Greek capital. The Bersaglieri are the marksmen, or sharpshooters, of the Italian army.) PRO-GERMANS' DESIRE FOR NEUTRALITY. (Received 8.45 a.m.) Rome, January 13. Pro-Germans are preparing a petition to the Government to maintain its neutrality.
