, FOURIE, THE REBEL. RACIAL PASSION AFLAME TO THE END. Timbb and Svdnkx Sun Hakviom. Capetown, January 12. Prior to his execution, Fourie drew up a message ot a virulent nature, appealing to the worst racial passions. The Government suppressed it, but it it still in circulation. Five civil servants were arrested at Bloemfontein, for producing typed copies of it. (General Fourie took part in the Boer War in the latter portion of the fray in connection with Bo Wet’s operation. MORE TRIALS FOR TREASON. (Received 8.45 ami.) Pretoria, January 12. Further trials for treason have taken place, the accused including the Rev. Brockhuizen who acted as Beyers’ secretary and exhorted the farmers to support Beyers; also Kruger’s grandson, Grobler, who was prominent as a Hcrtzogite member of Parliament.
