Reports from Boulogne says that conlinnation has been obtained of the statement that the Germans have evacuated Lille, which now is virtually in possession, of the British. BREAD RIOTS IN BELGIUM. (Received 8.55 a.m.) London, January 12. Broad riots have occurred at Marcinelle. Belgium. The crowd smashed the windows of the town hall, and the police restored order. Bread was supplied to the riotors.
