UNDER SEALED ORDERS, WARSHIPS AND DESTROYERS [United Press Association.] (Received 8.55 a.m.) Vancouver, January 12. Messages from Rom© state that five Italian warships and a flotilla of destroyers under Admiral Cagni left Taranto on Saturday evening under sealed orders an hour after the ultimatum to Turkey expired. It is officially stated that the object of Hhe expedition is to enforce satisfaction for the Hodieda incident. (Taranto is a town in the south of Italy, fortytfour miles west of Brindisi, on the Gulf of Taranto. There is a maritime arsenal here, and the port has great commercial and industrial interests. Population over 60,000). HODEIDA INCIDENT SETTLED. (Received 8.45 a.m.) Rome, January 12. Official.—The Hodeida incident has been settled.
