THE TIDES High water at New Plymouth to day will be at 7.21 a.m. and 7.54 p.m. High water to-morrow will be at 8.19 a.m. and 8.44 p.m. THE SUN. The sun rises to-day at 5.12 a.m. and sets at 6.48 p.m. To-morrow the sun rises at 5.13 a.m. and sets at G. 47 p.m.
EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Polierua, from South, early. The Corinna arrived at 9.25 on Saturday morning from Southern ports with 313 tons of general cargo. After unloading she loads dairy produce, and sails for Wellington. The Rarawa arrived on Saturday morning from Onehunga with 65 tons inf cargo included in which were 21, tons of sugar, 5 tons of cement and 3 tons of manure. She sailed on Saturday evening. The Kauri arrived at New Plymouth at 1.15 p.m. on Sunday, and anchored in the outer harbor. The vessel will come alongside the wharf to-day. It is expected that she will he here for two or three days, as she has 1860 tons of coa] to unload,
