THE RAW RUBBER EXPORT.

The prohibition of the export of raw rubber from Great Britain came none too soon. The enemy was being help- 1 ed from England herself, according to the London correspodnent of “Capi-| tal.” In October a small cargo of rubber left an East Coast .port, after eluding the Customs authorities, to | cross the North Sea.
