AUSTRIA’S PEACE OFFER OF “AS YOU WERE.” [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] 'United Pres* Association. (Received 9 a.m.) London, January 8. The Morning Post’s Rome correspondent states that lie heard a rumour that Austria had offered Servia peace on a basis of “As Yon Were,” with an aditional offer of Northern Albania, including Durazzo and the north-east to the Montenegrin border.
