ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.

BODY IDENTIFIED. Per Prkss '-Association, Dunedin, January 7.. The body of a man, about 35 years of age, apparently a waterside worker, was found floating in the harbor this morriirigy near the Victory wharf. It had only been in the water a few days. The body found in the harbor has been identified as that of James Smith, a single man, who was last seen alive on Tuesday evening. He had been employed as a waterside worker.
