ANTI-WAR DEMONSTRATIONS. United Press '-Association. London, December 31. Berne reports that riots and anti-war demonstrations have occurred in six Austro-Hungarian provinces. The police at Vienna dispersed a mob, and wounded thirty, several of the arresteds being court-martialled. Eightyseven men and eighteen women were arrested at Serajevo on a charge of sedition. Several State employees were executed for spying on behalf of Servians.
