Roumania
MAY SHORTLY JOIN ALLIES. Timm and Stdnbt Sbevioh*. London, December 30. It is believed that Roumania has broken her neutrality, and will shortly join the Allies. The Servians’ retreat was due to a shortage of ammunition, and the recent wonderful victory was made possible by receiving trainloads of war supplies from Roumania.
