Australia. LOYALTY OP THE LUTHERANS. United Press Association. (Received 11.10 a.m,.) Melbourne, December 24. The President of the Evangelist Lutheran Synod of Australia has written to Mr Fisher (Premier) assuring him of the true loyalty of the clergy, congregation and Synod, deploring the racial, feeling which* has been stirred up, and requesting the Government ' “to protect the rights which, by our naturalisation, are grant, ed us as British subjects.”
