NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special, Meeting of the Stratford Borough Council, held on Monday, the 14th day of December, 1914, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council, to be held on Monday, the 11th day of January, 1915, at 8 p.m, at the Council Chambers, Broadway,: RESOLUTION. “That this Council do by Special Order accept from Samuel Pivac a Surrender of Memorandum of Lease, Registered No. 9147, of Subdivision 3 part of Section 326 Town of Stratford with the buildings thereon (subject to certain reservations and exceptions) upon the terms that the Council do pa.v to the said Samuel Piva'c the sum of ' Twenty-five pounds as a consideration for such Surrender.” Dated this 18th day of December, 1914.} PHILIP SKOGLUND, Town Clerk.
