THREATENED RUPTURE OF RELATIONS WITH TURKEY.
Unitkd Pbkii Association. (Received 8.5 a.m.) Petrograd, December 21. The Bourse Gazette states that Italy demands from the Porte an explanation of the move of 40UU Arabs under Turkish and German officers against Tripoli, and threatened a rupture of relations failing a satisfactory answer.
