OPERATIONS IN THE CAMEROONS United Peeib Association. / London, December 19. The Colonial Office summary of the operations in the German Cameroons shows that the whole of the northern railway running northward from Bonaderi is in our hands.
LAST OF THE REBEL LEADERS CAPTURED.
(Received 8.4,5 a.m.) Capetown, December 20. Joulmarns Conroy, the last of the rebel leaders, has been captured.
At the courtmartial of the Fourie brothers, both formerly officers in the defence force, the elder bitterly reproved the British conduct in the Boer War, and declared they injured Boer traditions on every opportunity. There was, he said, greater honor to stand as a prisoner than as an officer in the British array. He added that there was more than enough people on the Veldt to rescue South Africa. A Reuter message from Capetown states that a Tauhe machine flew over the camp at Ohaukaib, in Gorman South-west Africa, and dropped two bombs. The second one fell among a group of artillerymen, killing wounding eight.
