The annual, meeting of the Gear Mijat Company was held to-night. The halanes of £21,537 available for apr propriation, which .the directors recoTtimended should he dealt with as fol-lows:—Payment-of dividend of 10 per cent, for the year (less interim dividend of five per cent, paid in June, absorbing £2300), £4600; to be carried forward, £14,637. The directors also recommended the payment of a bonus of fiye per cent, on the paid-up capital. The company's asests are now valued sit- £466,702.
