MYSTERIOUS INTERVIEWS.

There are various versions of the Kaiser's recent mysterious interview with the Austrian Emperor, Franz Josef, at Vienna, also Count Tisza's visit to the Kaiser. They agree in showing that there are dissensions between the two monarchs. It •is reported that the Kaiser urged Hungary to make concessions to the transSylvanian Roumanians to prevent Roumanian intervention.
DISAFFECTED TROOPS.
BOHEMIANS DONE TO DEATH.

Frequent revolts are occurring amongst Bohemian and Moravian troops, the men in several cases refusing to fire. One Bohemian battalion refused for two days to leave Prague for Poland. All the ringleaders and ten per cent, of the others were shot.
