[United Press Association.] (Received 15.5 p.ni.) .Amsterdam, December 14. The authorities at Hansweevd detained fifteen grain-laden vessels sent by the Germans from Antwerp. It is believed the Germans, being apprehensive of their safety in Antwerp, prefer to have the vessels interned in Holland. '
