HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE. The English star feature drama, “David Copperheld,” Charles Dickens’ famous story, will be screened to-night. Most people have read this wonderful masterpiece, and class it as Dickens’ best work. Every scene is interesting. This picture is screened for to-night only. , To-morrow night the latest war picture direct from the front will be shown, in addition to a splendid programme. “The) Germans’ Occupation of Historic Louvain” show* Louvain after the destruction, having, been photographed on 20th September. Scenes include “St. Peter’s Church, 1425,” and view of the “Rue de Brussels,” “The Ruined Central Hall,” and “Grand Hotel De Yille.” A lew Belgian cannon and quickfirers, departure of train loaded with ammunition, and artillery for the outskirts of Brussels, parade of the 7th main battiilion before their officers, the once famous goose step, and many others.
Election results will be screened as they come to hand.
