A POLISH PLOT. United Press 'Association. Rome, December 9. The Austrians have withdrawn all the Polish regiments from Cracow, and expelled the Polish inhabitants, owing to the discovery of a pffit to surrender the city to the Russians.

A terrible collision occurred between two German trains, loaded with pyroxiliri and shells, at Kielce. Both were utterly destroyed, and none survived. The explosion was heard thirty miles away. RUSSIANS CbNTINUE OFFENSIVE. BATTLE IN PROGRESS SOUTHEAST OF CRACOW. (Received 9.15 a.m.) Petrograd, December 9. Official: The fighting which developed at Prasnyrzc and Zlachunown, between Warsaw and Malava has not finished. We had partial successes in the Priotrkow region. The battle begun on the sth south-east of Cracow between Wielicza and the Derjatz river, developing' in our favor. Our reinforcements gallantly forced a a passage over the river near Neusandee, and severely defeated the German right, which was trying to turn our left. ■ The Germans suffer, ed enormous losses. Our offensive continues.
