(Received 8.45 a.m.) Ottawa, December S Mr Borden, the Premier, at the Canadian Club, Montreal, controverted Count von Bernhardi’s statement that the self-governing Dominions might be ignored. Mr Borden said that before the war closes Germany would be confronted with a quarter of a million soldiers from the self-govern-ing dominions.
