At the Supreme Court, Albert Kerr. 21 years of age, was sentenced to three and a-balf years’ reformative treatment for carnally knowing a girl under .1(1 years; Benjamin O’Connell and Samuel Emerson were found guilty of robbery with violence, the former getting one year’s imprisonment with hard labor and one year’s reformative treatment, and the latter two years’ reformative treatment and three months’ hard labor. Christopher Tucker, for theft, at Picton, got twelve months’ hard labor.
