His Excellency the Governor in Council WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to approve the Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited) as an institution for the purpose of section three of the Trustee Amendment Act, 1914: '.i , Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion' of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by. the said Act, and acting bv and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the sa'd Dominion, doth hereby approve the said Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited) as an institution with which, subject to the provision of the i s aid Act it shall bo lawful for a trustee unless expressly forbidden by the instrument (if any) creating Lie trust to invest any trust funds in his hands on deposit at interest.
