Bucharest despatch stating that RouI mania had definitely decided to join the war on the side of the Triple Entente. The decision is said to be in accordance with the wish of the entire country, including the King and the Ministry, with the exception of the Minister for Finance. The question when Roumania should make her entry into l the war has been discussed, one section desiring to avoid a winter campaign, while the military fear that Servia will be defeated before the spring arrives.
