Augagneur, Minister for Marine, interviewed on .the naval operations in the war, remarked that British and French submarines were daily performing raids with remarkable audacity. SUNK BY A MINE.

(Received 9.5 a.m. ) Stockholm, December 8. The Swedish steamer Norrasverige was sunk by a mine on the coast of Finland. The crew of twenty perished.
