Wuipawa, December 7
Mr G. Hunter, Government candidate, addressed a well-attended meeting on Saturday on the lines of his former addresses. He also stated that Mr Wilford Itad retracted the statement that the Government had not placed a settler on the land as the result of their own policy. A vote of thaiiks and confidence was passed.
