AMERICA FOR AMERICANS. United Press Association. (Received 9.50 a.m.) New York, December 1. 1 The British Consul at Bisbee, Arizona, lias asked Sir J. Spring-Rice to protest to Washington against Arizona’s new initiative law whereby no business house employing more than five persons shall have less than eighty per cent, of Americans.A mass meeting of Britishers drew up a protest which was forwarded to Sir J. ,Spring-Rice.
