AMERICA FOR AMERICANS. United Press Association. (Received 9.50 a.m.) New York, December 1. The British Consul at Bisbee, Arizona, has asked Sir J. Spring-Rice to protest to Washington against Arizona's new initiative law whereby no business house employing more than five persons shall have ( less than eighty per cent, of Americans. A mass meeting of Britishers drew up a protest which was forwarded to Sir J. Spring-Rice.
