INCREASING DISCONTENT.
DEMANDS TO END THE INHUMAN / PROCEEDINGS. United Press Association. (Received 12.25 p!m.) Amsterdam, November 29 The A' orwaerts, in a scathing attack on the lack of financial support to soldiers’ wives, states: “There is increasing discontent among the poorer classes, and demands that the Governments at Berlin and Vienna end the inhuman proceedings.” OFFICIAL REPORT FROM BERLIN (Received' 12,25 p.m.) Amsterdam, November 29. It is officially stated in Berlin that the situation on the right bank of * the Vistula is unchanged. AVe repel., led attacks in the region of Lodz, and our counter attacks were successful.
