At the Government House at WolTngtqn, this second day of November, 19J4 Present: His Excellency the Governor in Counci' WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to approve the Stratford Lonu and Deposit Company (Limited) as a.i institution for the purpose of section three of the Trustee Amendment Act, 1.914:, Now, therefore, Bis Excellency the Governor cf the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon kim by the said Act, and acting, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the sa;d Dominion, doth hereby approve tht said Stratford Loan and Deposit Coin, pauy (Limited) as an institution with which, subject to the provision of the said Act. it shall be lawful for a trustee unless expressly forbidden ':y tlitinstrument (if any) creating t.ie trust to invest any trust funds in his handon deposit at interest.
