ALLIED AIRMEN HAVE A NARROW ESCAPE. United Press Association. (Received 11.40 a.m.) Paris, November 23. Allies’ airmen aeroplaning over the German lines bad a narrow escape. One bad bis left plane holed while at a height of GOOD feet.
DUMMY BALLOON DROPS BOMBS. London, November 23. The French in Alsace sent np a balloon with three dummy aeronauts over the German lines. Three Taubes immediately attacked and exploded the balloon, but as it fell hundreds of bombs dropped from the balloon, annihilating several companies of Germans.
THE FRIEDRICKSHAFEN RAID. Berne, November 23. Swiss observers state that five aeroplanes participated in the raid. One bomb fell on the roof of the airship shed at Friodriokshafen. A British aviator was captured, but others escaped.
