THE TOTALISATOR IN N.S.W. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] United Press Association. Sydney, November 20. Cabinet discussed the totalisatoi prior to tiie caucus consideration on Tuesday. There was some diversity ol opinion as to whether the totalisator should be given a monopoly, or conducted alongside the bookmakers.
