bOLCMBIA DENIES BREACH OF NEUTRALITY. United Press Association. Washington, November 19. It is officially announced that the incident in Colombia- connected with wireless and neutrality is ended. The State Department refuses to announce the nature of the settlement with Britain and France, but it is unofficially stated that Colombia informed Britain ami France that'no infractions of neutrality have occurred or shall occur. THE TENNESSiE INCIDENT. New York; Novethbef 19. . President Wilson has conferred with Mr J. Daniels, Secretary of the Navy, regarding the firing on the Tennessee. No reply having been received from Turkey, President Wilson has decided to ask Great Britain the courtesy of the use of its wireless with a view of obtaining a statement of the Turkish attitude.
