A court martial has opened at Woolwich on Harold Foctenberger, who is charged witfh possessing a wireless apparatus, of which h© admitted being the owner. The apparatus was found in his residence at Thorpe Ray^'and, the police found a powerful electric Morse lamp at a house overlooking the sea at Southend, which the prisoner's aunt, occupied.
